Woman fashion: Summer looks with a shirt dress

Few weeks ago here, I told you about a young Cameroonian photographer with whom I wanted to collaborate during my last trip to Cameroon: June Machia. Although very unprepared, I wanted to shoot two looks. The first one can be review for those interested. For the second look, I decided to shoot a summer look. Nothing complicated, it was about putting basics under the spotlight. The main piece? A maxi shirt.

You may asked with a  summer look? I think you’re living it right now, when you’re getting ready to go out: how to be dressed by that heat without seeming to go or coming from the beach? In my opinion, basic / classics are to rely on. Nothing better than a well cut cotton shirt  for example. I chose a shirt dress, one of my must-haves of the season.

Daytime look with classic sneakers

For those who can get to work in sneakers or for a classic daytime look, I have paired my dress shirt with another classic that we no longer present: converse all stars in white. In cotton canvas, they can be easily worn even by the heat. That’s an effortless look to face a long day.

Sandals with heels for a dressy look

Like the classic shirt, the shirt dress is versatile. The look with be made with the things you will choose to associate. For a dressy look, exit the sneakers, heels or sandals and Si not forget: accessories!!!!!. I choose classic Yves Saint Laurent sandals. For those who are not fond of heels, low sandals will be enough.

If sometimes, you want to be original, for an original look, do not hesitate to play the volume. On fluid wide pants or overlay, play and dare !!

Remember: pensez, appliquez, modez.

Mon but ultime.
