When temperatures drop, it is just about time to think about protective hairstyles right ? Even if they can sometimes take long to be installed, faux locs are one of my favourites hairstyles. And since i showed you in this article how to install them, if you’ve not yet tried them, please be aware that in this article i will give you reasons to go right into your beauty salon and request for some faux locs.
The ways of making faux locs have evolved
The times when we used to spend hours twisting our faux locs are long gone now. note that now, a bunch of differents methods to get faux locs fast exist. If i personnaly still prefer the old way beacause its the only way to be able to control the size of the locs, i have to spread the word tho…; Crochet locs is the ish nowadays. They are already pre-made / pre-twisted faux locs and they come in different shapes and length.
The advantage of course of crochet locks is the time that you gain while installing them. Your entire head can be done in less that an hour. Many styles exist: “goddes locs”, the straight locs, the curled locs the choice is yours.
Faux locs can stay on your head longer than any other protective style
Since the more it gets old the more beautifull it looks, faux locs is the style you want and actually can keep longer on your tresses. However not too long, please keep in mind that your hair and particularly your scalp need to get clean so do not go further than 8 weeks in keeping them on your head without removing them.
After reading all these arguments if you still have not decided to try Faux locs, please look at the amazing images in the gallery up there and feel free to be inspired an try out as many styles as possible.
